Visit From Tsukuba University, Japan
ISF also hosted a visit by Professor Makito Ito – Vice President for Education, Mr. Makato Haneta – Head of the Division of Admission, and Mr. Satoru Ishihama – Head of the Department of Educational Promotion from Tsukuba University in Japan.
They visited ISF on the morning of Tuesday 11th October. During their visit they met with Mr. Slesser and Mr. Williams and observed a Japanese IB Literature lesson. They also met our senior Japanese students and Dr. Lehmann, our IB Coordinator.
Professor Ito told Mr. Slesser that he and his team had been very impressed by everything they had seen in ISF and that they hoped that ISF would be able to send more Japanese and international students to study in Tsukuba in future years.
