Substitute Teacher

ISF is currently seeking individuals who have a passion for helping students discover the love of lifelong learning and are willing to step in to cover for absent teachers when they are away.

Substitute teachers are called in on an "as needed" basis and are paid for each day worked.

We welcome applications from qualified teachers who are also:

  • fluent in English
  • eligible to work in Germany

Marketing & Admissions Coordinator

ISF is a private, full-day school for students from Kindergarten/Pre-School through Grade 12. Our spacious campus equipped with state-of-the-art facilities is located in the west of Frankfurt, Germany. With approximately 150 employees from 25 different countries, ISF is one of the most prestigious international schools in Germany.

To ensure that we are able to continue the successful development in the future, we are looking for a committed, motivated person to start in the following position at the earliest possible date:

Marketing and Admissions Coordinator (m/f/d), full time

Your Responsibilities

Reporting to the Marketing and External Relations Manager, this role is responsible for developing and implementing the school’s digital marketing strategy and supporting admissions efforts.    

  • Creating and implementing social media strategy
  • Contributing to the development of communication plan including social media, website news, press, and advertising
  • Planning and implementing social media activities including coordination, photos, videos, and texts
  • Analyzing data to track enquiry volume and conversion rate as well as market trends
  • Monitoring and reporting of social media activities
  • Implementing website updates including news and content
  • Creating weekly newsletter for parents including coordination of input, guidance of on-brand messaging, layout
  • Delivering in person and virtual admissions tours for prospective parents who are interested in enrolling their child/ren at the school
  • Guiding families through the admissions process
  • Identifying opportunities to increase enrolment
  • Providing project management assistance for school events

Your Profile

  • You hold a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or communications
  • You have experience in social media marketing
  • You have experience in school admissions, sales, marketing, or education.
  • You have several years of professional experience, preferably in an international school or related industry
  • You have an excellent command of English and German (spoken and written)
  • You are proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Teams)
  • You have experience with graphic design e.g. Photoshop (preferable)
  • You have experience with Hubspot or other customer relations management software
  • You are able to work in a small team and independently
  • You are able to work according to targets and deadlines
  • You have a proactive approach to work, are well organized with the ability to multitask, and have excellent time management skills
