Swimming GISST 2023 at ISF
We had an exciting weekend at ISF!
We are so happy and proud to host Swimming GISST 2023 at ISF. Our ISF Swim Team did an amazing job at this Competition. All swimmers showed excellent sportsmanship, determination, grit, team-spirit and strength!
Our Boys Varsity walked away with 1st Place overall , our Boys U14 and Girls Varsity placed 3rd overall!
We can’t thank our coaches enough for all the time and effort they put into our team. Without you, we never would have achieved our success in this competition.

After two beautiful days in our school, I would like to thank you all very much for your work to make this competition a success.
You can have everything constructed and planned in your brain and some papers, but the key to success is to surround yourself with a great team where everyone helps and works hard with the same goal: our students, our school. So the success of this competition is due to all of you, plus some of our students and parents who were helping out as well.
Thank you very much, because we were a great team. A swim competition is never easy, and WE MADE IT!
