Our badminton teams traveled to Hannover and Erlangen to compete in their end of season GISST tournaments
Our school badminton teams traveled to Hannover and Erlangen over the weekend to compete in their end of season GISST tournaments . This year we took a record seven badminton teams to compete at GISST. After a year of dedicated bi-weekly training and numerus local competitions, I am happy to announce that we, again, did very well!
ISF’s Varsity Boys first team and U14 Boys first team both finished first overall at their tournaments. The U14 Girls first team finished second. The Varsity Girls team and Varsity Boys second team earned third place. The performance of the U14 girls has been especially impressive as they first started playing badminton less than 14 months ago.
