New Logo: New Name

As part of our twentieth anniversary celebrations last year, we took the time not only to reflect upon our proud history but to look forward to ensure that the next twenty years of ISF are just as successful as the first two decades. One of the important principles of SABIS® is that SABIS® schools should never be complacent and should seek to improve continually, for the benefit of the students.
As part of that work, we convened a number of focus groups of parents to look at how well the school projected its excellence to its constituents and to the outside world. We worked with the SABIS® Creative team, using the findings of our focus groups, to re-design our website to ensure that it reflected truly the richness of our school. We also re-examined the school logo, which has been in place since 1995.

We have created a modern version of that logo that we feel is more forward looking and more dynamic, while still reflecting the truly international nature of our school, where we have over 50 nationalities. We decided to anglicise the name of our school to the
“ International School of Frankfurt Rhein-Main “ and we have added the mention “since 1995” to make it clear to prospective parents outside Germany that we are an English-medium international school , with long and deep roots in Frankfurt and with an unusually strong German programme and tradition.
