To enroll your child at ISF, you will be asked to provide the following documents:
- Enrollment contract (Download here)
- Student medical form
- Copy of birth certificate or passport
- Copy of school reports of the last two school years (if applicable)
Documents should be signed and can be scanned and emailed to us or sent by post.
