Halloween Parties

In the evening of Friday, 28th October, Grade 5 and 6 students attended the annual SLO® Halloween Party.

We had the traditional activities, such as visiting the haunted house, dancing, a costume competition and pumpkin carving, but we also had new additions to the party, such as a candy hunt and a scary mummy race. More than seventy students attended the party and everyone had an unforgettable Halloween.

On the same day, the Sports Cafeteria was transformed into a Halloween Disco with scary games and a photo booth for all students in Grade 1-4. Outside the disco, the students had fun with the famous Korean balloons. They also had scary face painting done or enjoyed some little snacks or sweets. Last but not least, the children were able to burn off their excess energy at the fun obstacle course that was set up in the gym.

Our Parent Network really hopes that all of our children had a very enjoyable and “scary” afternoon and would like to thank all of our parents for their donation of sweets and for their help at the event. The PN would also like to thank our ISF PE and homeroom teachers and other ISF staff. Without them, this event could not have taken place.

At the same time our smallest children in Kindergarten and Pre-School had their own Halloween parties with a Karaoke-Disco, scary games, snacks and sweets in the Kindergarten-Area. A BIG “Thank you” must also go to our parents and teachers and Kindergarten Staff for all of their help.

We would like to send our sincere thanks to everyone from our Parent Network who worked so hard to prepare and supervise these events. All of our students had a very memorable and enjoyable Halloween.
